Johnny Farina of Santo & Johnny

Santo and Johnny Farina were young brothers who lived in Brooklyn, NY in the 1950s. Their father was in the Army and stationed in Oklahoma. There, he heard the steel guitar and told his sons back in Brooklyn that he wanted them to learn to play this instrument. They did, and from that, they wrote and recorded one of the most popular instrumental hits of the Golden Age of Rock 'n' Roll, "Sleepwalk." Johnny tells Tom how it all happened.
